In the latest episode, we join we join Jacob Willbourne, a mentor with A Band of Brothers and a horticultural therapist here at CHAOS, to talk about men’s mental health, breaking stigma and the power of community support. 

We check in with Falmouth University student Tia Boddey and lecturer, Martha Dixon, to present The Mouth – an exciting new platform to showcase the talents of our next generation of journalists. 

As well as that, we take a trip to international disaster relief charity, ShelterBox, who are hosting a heart warming evening of carols, community, and giving at Truro Cathedral on Thursday, 4th December to support their ongoing Christmas Fundraising Appeal. 

Plus, we hear from Councillor Jim McKenna, to explore Cornwall Council and Public Health Cornwall’s biggest ever survey on ageing.
