In the latest episode, we join Jason and Gwen Bradby, volunteers from Coeliac UK, who are helping to build a supportive local community for those living with coeliac disease and gluten intolerance through monthly meetups at Par Garden Centre.

We check in with Simon Perry from the Roseland Environment Action Community Team – otherwise known as REACT – who joins us to discuss how the group's new charitable status will help support ongoing environmental projects across the Roseland Peninsula.

We hear from Adrian Brown from Sands who, during Baby Loss Awareness Week, is here to talk about the charity’s vital support for families affected by baby loss and how we can all help make a difference.
