NEWSWAVE - Behind the Scenes at St Austell Fire Station

CHAOS Radio Season 4 Episode 5

Join our reporter Tom Howe for NEWSWAVE, your weekly rundown of the top stories happening across St Austell and surrounding areas.

In the latest episode, we take a trip to the recent St Austell Fire Station Open Day, listening back to some of the highlights from our visit, where families enjoyed live demos, face painting, a sizzling BBQ, and met their local emergency services - all in support of Little Harbour Hospice and The Fire Fighters Charity.

We check in with Kevin Dyer, President, and Sonya Rogers, Treasurer, of St Austell Camera Club, who have been bringing together photography enthusiasts of all levels to learn, share, and showcase their work.

As well as that, we hear from Adrian Elliott, one of the organisers of the Watergate Bay Sprint, which returns to Newquay this weekend, and features all sorts of cars, from road cars to full-blown race cars, competing in a special closed-road challenge on the North Cornish coast between Newquay and Padstow.
