NEWSWAVE - Veterans, Voices & Vital Service

CHAOS Radio Season 4 Episode 4

Join our reporter Tom Howe for NEWSWAVE, your weekly rundown of the top stories happening across St Austell and surrounding areas.

In the latest episode, we join Richard Spence, James Hamilton-Bing, and veteran volunteer Charlie to learn about the vision behind October’s Veterans Family Day at BlackBearing Ranch, and the vital support it offers to armed forces families.

We check in with Anneka Wass from Cornwall College St Austell, to explore how their ‘Key to The Keay’ grant is helping put local talent on the stage.

As well as that, we take a trip to Wheal Martyn to hear from manager, Sue Ford, as they prepare to celebrate 50 years of preserving Cornwall’s China clay heritage.

If all that wasn’t enough, we hear from Sarah Yeoman, who shares the latest from Cornwall Air Ambulance, and the community keeping the vital resource airborne.
