CHAOS Radio Season 1 Episode 36

Join our reporter Tom Howe for NEWSWAVE, your weekly rundown of the top stories happening across St Austell and surrounding areas.

In the latest episode, we join Dr Ruth Goldstein, Assistant Director of Public Health for Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly, to mark the launch of ‘Healthier Together, a campaign to encourage us all to make small changes in our daily lives to improve our health and wellbeing.

We check in with Vicki Finch who, after 40 years, has turned her mum’s story 'The Adventures of Harry The Hippo and the Magic Apple Trees' into a physical picture book in aid of the NSPCC.

As well as that, we take a trip to Sticker Vintage Rally to meet committee chairman John Vine, ahead of a weekend that promises historic vehicles, a craft fayre, trade stands and much more besides.

If all that wasn’t enough, we visit singer-songwriter Nate Silas to explore ‘RISING’ - a collaboration of independent musicians raising funds for the War Child Foundation - and hear from Niall Dunne about Creation Fest, a free summer festival filled with music and over 100 activities for people of all ages.
